Brussels was last in our itinerary, we left to go on the way back from Amsterdam to Paris, where we would take the flight back home. We booked 2 more days to get to know the Belgian capital and I think it was good size too (staying only in the same city…).
All that bothered me a little bit was the weather. From the photo below you can see that the sky was blue, but that was in the late afternoon, when we arrived at the hotel, exhausted… The next day, when we started the tours and the other day too, fine and cold rainy the day i-n-t-e-i-r-o. Needless to say, we can’t really enjoy it, especially because of Alice’s concern about being in that wet time. We chose to use a hop-on hop-off tour and it was a great decision, allowing us to visit some of the most important sights without walking too much in the rain…
But of course, photos were harmed in this process. Many cool things we saw from inside the bus can not be recorded (only in the same box…). Patience, maybe we’il come back there one day… with sun?!!
