New York City – finally – part III
Okay, following the photos of the trip, before I forget the details and accumulate many things (we already have photos of the tulip festival here from Ottawa and our visit to the war museum.. o/), there are pictures of our last day in the Big Apple.
Early on we went on the NBC Tour and the observeatory there of the photo …
We don't have any pictures of the NBC tour, because it wasn't allowed to record anything. High point of the tour for us: visit the studio of Saturday Night Live… mto legal..
At the top of the Rockfeller Center. I loved that view.
Here's my tip: If I have to choose between Top of the Rock and empire state, I'd say stick with the first option. Although the Empire State is a classic and such, the view from the Rockfeller observatory is much more interesting.
You can see the whole of Central Park…
… and the Empire State Building on the other side.
Lourdes and Diego…
Bah, do we like to take pictures of this building…
OK… moving on… we went to the old World Trade Center, which is now a construction site…
Wall Street – New York Stock Exchange
Wall Street, New Wall
This is the interior of the church from the previous photo…
Brooklyn Bridge in the background
Shops around Soho…
Promise… last ride in Times Square… Hehe
View from our newark hotel room…
Phew, I think that was it.
Already the next morning, on Saturday, we left the hotel straight towards Ottawa, but with the right to a little visit to some outlets that were on the way. No photos from that day (only invoices.. there), but we still arrived in time to catch our pets with Giovana and Márcio.
See you later!
