Parliament of Canada in winter

Everyone has commented here that it's been a long time since we've seen a winter as snowy and cold as this one (considering that winter has just begun…). It seems that half the average snow for the entire season has already fallen here through the region of the capital.
We, with the new house and the double-larger car entrance, are already feeling the difference. Anyway, a snow blower might be in our future… 🙂
We have visitors at home (Diego's mother and sister) and as usual, we went for a little jump in to see the Christmas lights in Parliament, taking the time to feel the Christmas atmosphere in downtown Ottawa. With the sidewalks and snowy streets and the cold beating, it was a short stride, but it's always worth it.

-10ºC / -14ºC feeling – Friozinho, but the ride was worth it!

Our visitors don't want to come in the winter anymore now… Hehehe… (Visiting Canada in the summer is much better – they say)
