    Big Apple… Part I

    I'm sure I commented on the great rush that everything has been this year. Yes yes, although I'm super immediate and in a way like things move quickly, I had to explain why I didn't comment on our latest lightning trip. The kind we do there, back and forth. Because we went to New York City once again, enjoying this holiday of Queen Victoria, which was May 23 (and Carol's birthday, ehhh!     Even in places without great photographic potentials, we find a way to record things.. here goes part II (part I here) of the Lake Placid photos. At the foot of the mountain – Whiteface Mountain  Mountain still on the right  Ski jump on the left – high as hell.. the guys are dooooidos… I can’t understand how people have the guts to jump out of there… View from up there.. Visual Bobsled and skeleton We didn’t go down, but we got on the podium!     Weekend relax – Lake Placid – Part I

    * Thank you friends for the happy birthday wishes! I love it saw! This last weekend, still remnants of my birthday, we went to spend a weekend relaxing in a hotel about 3.5 hours from here in Gatineau. The place is called Lake Placid, with about 2,600 inhabitants and is in the state of New York. Along the way, all quiet, but we passed places that looked like deserts, with abandoned houses and many collapsing… seemed straight from a horror movie… Hehe Lake Placid has hosted 2 winter Olympics (1932 and 1980) and is to this day, a destination for many winter sports lovers due to the infrastructure already created…
