Weekend relax – Lake Placid – Part I
* Thank you friends for the happy birthday wishes! I love it saw! This last weekend, still remnants of my birthday, we went to spend a weekend relaxing in a hotel about 3.5 hours from here in Gatineau. The place is called Lake Placid, with about 2,600 inhabitants and is in the state of New York. Along the way, all quiet, but we passed places that looked like deserts, with abandoned houses and many collapsing… seemed straight from a horror movie… Hehe Lake Placid has hosted 2 winter Olympics (1932 and 1980) and is to this day, a destination for many winter sports lovers due to the infrastructure already created…

Random events
– Guys, it's really cold as hell! – Again, i'm glad you liked the pictures! – Gadi, I don't think Diego was wearing lipstick, but he was kissing, oh that he was! Hehe – Juliana, bah, I have no idea what this market is like around here. I can tell you that there's a lot of car with dents, so apparently, either the staff is sloppy anyway, or the service is either expensive or non-existent. Today I just come to post a mix of photos of some events that we've been to recently. The Finger Eleven show, which is a Canadian band from Burlington-ON and we like a lot (some…

3 years in Canada!!!
* Thanks guys for the comments! I'm glad you all liked the pictures! * Marcel: use the Canon Xsi DSLR. Hi all! Today we turn 3 in Canada. Wow!! Unlike the other years, this time there will be no retrospective in photos. That year, the dogs wanted to be the poster boys and there they are… Hehehe After those three years, that notion of time remains distorted. It goes so fast and at the same time, it seems like little time for so many things we've done. I can say today that in addition to being adapted to basically, all the issues, we feel that this…

Day 4 – Jasper Part II / Edmonton
Again, Loved the comments! It’s been a long time since there were so many in one post! Thanks!! Well, I’m not going to deny that the photos really looked beautiful, but it’s all the fault of this Canada full of beautiful places… Hehehe. Also on Sunday night, Diego’s aniver, we went for a walking tour of downtown Jasper. Jasper, as I commented in the previous post, is a small town and I will not deny that it does not have the same charm as Banff. We noticed that it was the place with the most souvenir shops we’ve visited, it had more than one per block, and we lost count…

Lake Louise and Athabasca Glacier | Day 3
We arrived at the most anticipated photos of the trip to the province of Alberta. Long road has been traveled so far and it is still difficult to choose photos that best represent the local beauties. Lake Louise and the Athabasca glacier promised even more spectacular photos (if that’s possible!). Anyway, we arrived in Lake Louise still on Saturday, already in the late afternoon, but of course, we took the opportunity to know the lake, since curiosity was immense. Lake Louise, a village with about 1041 inhabitants, is much smaller than I thought. And Lake Louise is more monhanha than I thought. You have to climb the hill (4km from…
